Capt. Lou. Man does that name bring back a flood of memories. When I was a kid, I never missed a Saturday afternoon of WWF (as the WWE was called back then) wrestling, with the likes of Snuka, Andre, Backlund, and of course, Captain Lou Albano. He was such a freak, yet you could tell he was just a showman and a great guy. When he showed up in Cyndi Lauper’s video, I was genuinely happy for him.
This video is awesome… showing the Captain as only the Captain could be. In wrestling, there’s blading, then there’s BLADING! Lou didn’t care, as long as he did his job and bled for the crowd.
